Payment and Refund Policy
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making any payment for the Arabic Mandarin Academy courses. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Payment
1.1 Payment Options: We accept payments for our Arabic Mandarin Academy courses through various secure payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms or direct bank transfers. The available payment methods will be presented to you during the checkout process.
1.2 Payment Currency: All payments must be made in the currency specified during the checkout process. Please ensure that you select the correct currency before making the payment.
1.3 Payment Security: We take the security of your payment information seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment details. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information during transmission over the internet or its storage on our servers.
1.4 Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. This email will serve as proof of payment, and you should retain it for future reference.

2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds for Arabic Mandarin Academy courses are subject to certain conditions. You may be eligible for a refund if:
a. If you cancel the course registration 14 days before the start of the course without giving any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid.
b. If you cancel the course registration 7 days before the start of the course without giving any reason, you are entitled to a partial refund of the price paid.
c. If the course is canceled by The Arabic Mandarin Academy for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid.
d. For any cancelation done less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the course, no refund will be payable.
Exception to the refund policy:
The Arabic Mandarin Academy is not responsible for any errors resulting from the customer entering the wrong data during the purchase process.
2.2 Refund Process: To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at info@arabicmandarinacademy.org 14 days before the beginning of the course, as mentioned in the course description or enrollment agreement. We will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
2.3 Refund Amount: The refund amount will depend on various factors, including the timing of your cancellation and any applicable fees or deductions outlined in the course description or enrollment agreement.
2.4 Refund Method: Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. If this is not possible, we will work with you to determine an alternative refund method.
2.5 Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that certain fees, such as processing fees or administrative charges, may be non-refundable. These non-refundable fees will be clearly communicated to you before completing your payment.

3. Course Access
3.1 Access Duration: Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the Arabic Mandarin Academy course for the duration specified in the course description or enrollment agreement. Please note that access to the course materials may be subject to certain limitations or restrictions.
3.2 Intellectual Property Rights: All course materials, including text, videos, audio recordings, and any other content provided as part of the Arabic Mandarin Academy course, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce the course materials without our prior written consent.

4. Modifications and Termination
4.1 Course Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Arabic Mandarin Academy course, including its content, pricing, or availability, at any time without prior notice. However, if you have already paid for a course that is subsequently modified or discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with suitable alternatives or a refund, as applicable.
4.2 Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Arabic Mandarin Academy course, without refund, if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any activity that may harm our reputation or disrupt the learning experience of other participants.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Exclusion of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Arabic Mandarin Academy courses, including but not limited to any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the course materials or any technical issues encountered during the learning process.
5.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with your use of our Arabic Mandarin Academy courses or any violation of these terms and conditions.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are based.
6.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction in which we are based.
By enrolling in our Arabic Mandarin Academy courses and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from accessing or using our services.
